The new quarter consists of apartments and commercial space. On the ground floor there are shops and public-friendly activities, while from the second floor upwards there are offices and a total of 76 apartments. There are underground garage facilities and green common areas, both on the ground floor and on the roof terrace. The total usable area is in excess of 10,600 m2. The quarter is very centrally located in Drammen, with, among other things, a shopping center and a pedestrian street as its nearest neighbours.
